If you're looking for a good first chicken and waffle sandwich in the area, Bruxie has that box checked. Moist tender chicken with a good fry on the outside. Seasoned well with some sweetness from the syrup. Waffle was fine but worked well with the chicken as it didn't dominate the flavor profile. Plenty of indoor seating and patio seating. Service was nice. Chill vibes all around and was quick to get your food. Directly on the promenade

Huge thank you to Bruxie and their very kind and accommodating staff! We had a large group for a birthday celebration and they were so kind, even checking in on us during the meal even though this is a fast casual spot with no table service. It's an indoor / outdoor vibe but they have a big heater near the outside seats so it's super warm at night, which I appreciated. Restroom available and complimentary station for water. They have a variety of menu combinations with a simple concept - chicken and waffles! Chicken waffle tacos, sweet desserts, chicken tenders and (surprisingly good) waffle fries... I got the classic chicken and waffles for around $15, and it was genuinely great. I'm from the South and I think this was the best I've had for real. They also give you a complimentary mini bottle of maple syrup with certain entrees, which makes a great souvenir or party favor in our case!! I had no expectations/wasn't sure how it would be for a big group, but it was the perfect spot for our celebration and we will definitely be back!!

Fried chicken salad is 10/10. Best salad we've had ever. The chicken was hot and the lettuce was finely chopped. Dressing was light and perfect. I will dream of this salad.

Amazing food, amazing wait staff, great Customer Service. I was influenced by a tik toker. I orordered what he ordered and I was not disappointed. The portion size is generous. So good!

They had me at fried chicken! the chicken was hot-out-the-oven and juicy! Not dry at all. We tried a couple items including the chicken and waffle as well as the Waffle Chicken BLT. I was a little skeptical of the waffle since so many restaurant waffles arrive cold, dense and bland. This was not the case at all! Hot diggity dog, this waffle slaps! It was light, flavorful and didn't overpower the sandwich. It did break fairly easily down the middle so pro tip: treat it like a sandwich not a taco. Also, those tots!! Like layoff my tots because these are fire! The milkshake was also bomb. My only negative feedback, while they do have an available restroom for customers (which is rare for a spot located on the Santa Monica 3rd street Promenade), the bathroom smelled sour (if that's even a smell), almost like the hot sauce seeped into the bathroom. But other than that, would definitely return! The staff were super friendly and brought our food to us.

Got the Holy Chicken. It was amazing. Just the right portion for me too (for those who eat light). The staff working the register incredibly nice. He was really busy trying to help customers that were trying to pick up WHILE I was ordering. Customers can be rude...He could have told them to wait in line (hence the 4 stars) Bathroom was unexpectedly pretty clean. Good job staff.

Hit up Bruxie in North Hollywood after a major craving for chicken & waffles, I had seen them recently on Yelp and just so happened to be passing through the NoHo area. I ordered the fried chicken and waffles with honey hot seasoning.... it was delicious! The maple syrup was pure Vermont syrup aka the real stuff and the chicken was juicy and super flavorful, seasoning was on point. Looking forward to my next visit to try out their signature chicken & waffle sandwich! They don't offer gluten free alternatives, so this has to be one of my cheat meals!! Service was quick and workers were friendly! Clean, very casual laid back atmosphere.

Stopped by this place to grab a bite to eat while walking around in 3rd street in Santa Monica The service was fast & attentive! The cashier was able to help me decide which sandwich was the best option for me! Now for the food THE ORIGINAL 9/10: great tasting! The description said it came with chili honey, but my sandwich didn't have any. I did enjoy the honey I put on it that came in the small glass bottles. The waffle was perfectly toasted & the chicken melted in your mouth & was so tender!! I would definitely come here again for their breakfast/ lunch options. I will say, the food does get sticky with the syrup, I recommend the restaurant providing wet napkins! That would make cleanup a whole lot easier The ambiance was not busy & was like a stop & go. They did have outside covered seating which was nice!
